These terms cover your use of the Carva mobile app. By using Carva you accept them.
Carva is a record-keeping and convenience tool for vehicle owners. It helps you track drives, fuel, servicing, documents and parking.
Carva is not a roadworthiness inspection, a valuation, a legal record, or a substitute for professional mechanical advice. Its health scores, predictions and driving scores are guidance derived from the records you enter -- not determinations.
Speed and driving information is a retrospective safety and coaching measurement. It is never a driving target. Always drive to the road, the conditions and the law.
Do not interact with Carva while driving. For a red dashboard warning, smoke, loss of braking or unsafe handling: stop somewhere safe and follow your vehicle handbook or professional roadside guidance. Carva's in-app help is not emergency assistance and does not contact emergency services.
The records you create are yours. You are responsible for their accuracy. Odometer readings are treated as cumulative physical state with verification evidence -- an integrity control, not a fraud-proof guarantee.
Keep your sign-in details private. Tell us immediately at security@getcarva.com if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
Road trips, clubs and Family & Friends involve other people. Be respectful. Do not share another person's location, plate or records without their consent. Club and road-trip owners may remove members.
Carva works offline by design, but cloud backup and shared features depend on your connection and on third-party services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be shown in the app for you to accept.
